Great Fire of London Year 2 Hensingham Primary School

Great Fire of London Year 2 Hensingham Primary School http://www.azurra.mosaic-info.co.uk/Gallery/Gallery/Pages/Great_Fire_of_London.html As part of their studies of The Great Fire of London, which is part of Key Stage 1, the 2008-09 Year 2 class at Hensingham Primary School in Cumbria designed and made pictures of burning buildings. They used small, 1cm x 1cm Azurra Craft Mini tiles with black tiles representing the silhouettes of the buildings. The scarlet, orange and yellow tiles represented the flames and the grey tiles represented the smoke gathering in the skyline.
